We use {for} + a period of time (three days/ two years)etc

We use {since} + the start of time (Monday/9 o'clock)etc

e.g

My aunt has lived in Australia for 15 years

Jbrooh is in her office. He has been there since 7 o'clock

The bus is late. Jbrooh has been waiting for 20 minutes

ago = before now/ before a period
معناها قبل
I started my job two weeks ago

I went to Madinah 3 months ago

I had breakfast an hour ago
